Refund policy
We offer a 1-day return or exchange policy, meaning you have 1 day after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Return & Exchange fees:
- Giza, Cairo, Alexandria, Behira, Delta & Canal: 100 EGP
- Near Upper, Fayoum, Bani Suif, Menya, Assuit and Sohag: 120 EGP
- Far Upper, Qena, Luxor, Aswan, Red Sea, Matrouh & North Coast: 140 EGP
- Sinai & New Valley: 160 EGP
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup. Refunds will be issued via Instapay, after deducting the return shipping fees, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
