Shipping policy

Orders are delivered within up to 3 business days for Cairo & Giza and 5 business days for other governorates. You may open the package, inspect the item, and try it on while the courier is at your doorstep. If you choose to return the item, you may hand it back directly to the courier. NOTE: If you choose to return or exchange your order through the courier, please pay the applicable delivery fee (as stated on your order according to your location) via Instapay to 01001950211. Please note that the courier will not collect the delivery fee for returns or exchanges.

Unfortunately, according to the shipping company rules, you cannot receive or return part of your order, so either receive it all or return it all. You can receive & pay the whole order then request a return or exchange through our Instagram Direct Message, WhatsApp us on 01001950211, or email us at Reehan.eg@hotmail.com. You have one day to request a return or exchange.

Please note that the delivery fees for both the original shipment and the return/exchange will be borne by the customer.
